Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our shipping policy.

Domestic Shipping Policy

​All orders are processed within 2-3 business days.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.

Please allow additional days in transit for delivery, we provide an estimated delivery date but there may be delays due to adverse weather conditions, Covid restrictions etc.

If there will be a significant delay in dispatching your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

We currently use a variety of delivery companies dependant on destination countries.

It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that there is somebody present to receive and sign for the package. If our courier cannot make a delivery, you may need to make further arrangements with the courier personally or collect the package from the courier's depot. We do not accept responsibility or liability in this situation.

We will always attempt to dispatch your items quickly but please be aware that delivery delays may occur due to border checks, customs delays, Covid restrictions etc. Which are beyond our control. We do not accept responsibility or liability in this situation.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

strombox.co.uk are not responsible for any customs charges, duties or taxes applied to your parcel (order), by your country of residence which may be outside of the UK tax laws.

All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
